Corteiz Cargo Size Guide — Full Fit Breakdown

Corteiz Cargos share a general sizing philosophy, but small construction differences between the Alcatraz, Guerillaz, and 4Starz styles are worth knowing before you order. Here’s a deeper breakdown than our general Corteiz size guide covers.

The General Rule

Across every cargo style, Corteiz Cargos run true to size. The wide, relaxed leg is intentional across the entire range, so sizing up doesn’t create a meaningfully different silhouette — it mostly just adds excess fabric. Order your true waist size for the fit the design was built around.

Alcatraz Cargo Fit

The Alcatraz Cargo uses a standard adjustable waistband without the belt-style tabs found on other styles. Because the fit relies on the waistband itself rather than an added belt, staying true to your exact waist measurement matters slightly more here than with the other styles.

Guerillaz Cargo Fit

The Guerillaz Cargo’s tactical design includes a more structured waistband with functional tabs, giving a bit more flexibility to fine-tune the fit without sizing up or down. The tapered ankle cuff on some releases also sits slightly closer to the leg than the Alcatraz style, so if you prefer a looser ankle opening, factor that into your choice between the two.

4Starz Cargo Fit

Built on the Guerillaz base, the 4Starz Special Edition follows the same fit profile — true to size, with adjustable waistband tabs offering some flexibility. Because these releases are more limited, double-check the specific product listing for any fit notes tied to that particular drop, since minor construction details can shift between limited releases.

Measurement Chart

Size Waist (in) Length (in) Inside Leg (in)
XS 26–28 43 30.5
S 28–30 44 32
M 30–32 45.5 33.5
L 32–34 47.5 34
XL 34–36 49 35
XXL 36–38 49 37

Measurements can vary slightly by specific drop and style — always check the individual product page when available.

How to Measure Yourself

  1. Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape snug but not tight
  2. Inside leg: Measure from the crotch seam down to your ankle bone for your ideal length
  3. Compare both numbers against the chart above rather than relying on your usual off-the-rack size, since cargo fits vary more by brand than fitted garments do

Still Unsure Which Size to Order?

If you’re between two sizes, sizing down is usually the safer choice given how much room is already built into the leg — sizing up mainly adds bulk rather than improving fit.
